WowReader Issues and HelpFollow

Did you read my guide?

If you keep WowReader running while you play it will automatically update once you log out. Otherwise you need to run WowReader after you've played and then upload manually by clicking the Upload button.

To find your profile, click the 'Your Characters' link in the menu here on the site (the one on your left). Click the desired profile and copy the link from the browser address bar.

Paste the link in your signature box which can be found by clicking the link (in the left menu) called 'User Account'.

To make a link you can do it two ways.

http://www.whateverlinkyoumighthave.com

or

[link=http://www.whateverlinkyoumighthave.com]Type some text here[/link]

Some reason, when I open my character profile page, my inventory pags are no longer visable. Help?

It could be that your bags have been disabled. Go to 'Your Characters' selection screen and find this profile. Make sure the box that says 'Show Inventory' is checked.



Have you installed WowReader and uploaded? If so, click the link called 'Your Characters' in the left menu (it's under the category 'Character Profiles'). If there are no profiles there you should try running WowReader again. Remember that WowReader ONLY uploads profiles you have accessed. So you need to login on the character you want to upload or else WowReader won't be able to see it.

As a Mac user, I would like to say thank you very much for the Beta Manual Upload page and addon. I can't wait to try it when the servers are back online. :)

I just installed Wowreader but it doesnt start, it tries to load but then it says an error has been logged to error.txt and in ther it says:

Unhandled exception log - 12-4-2006 19:04:33

Would be nice if a feature were added to WowReader to allow it to check for an updated version while it is running and, if so, restart. This could be triggered manually or perhaps automatically at various intervals.

Currently, I have to manually quit and restart WowReader at least a couple of times a week in order for it to update itself, so I've been thinking for a while now that it might be nice if this could be automated :)

Please do let me know the in-game value.

I have 4092 Hit Points.
I have 434 Agility.
I have 1123 Ranged Attack Power.

A few others dont match up either... Int and Spirit as an example.

WoWReader is not reflecting this.

/hops on the stat bandwagon

My in-game stats are:

Strength: 195
Agility: 476
Stamina: 264

But my profile reads as

Strength: 173 (difference of 22)
Agility: 435 (difference of 41)
Stamina: 243 (difference of 21)

It was accurate up until a few days ago, and suddenly changed.

The stats on my characters is all wrong as well :(

I'm getting an error when I run WoWReader, it trys updating and then says "Error downloading update: Unable to connect to the remote server"

Any ideas?
