For one, I hope to god that the twelve-year-olds are virgins. For another thing, while I somewhat agree that the nude patches are a waste of time, it's a good warm-up for some of the more creative patches that are sure to follow. Cause seriously, drawing a nipple takes like five seconds.

I like the goblin thing :) Might just replace the gnomes with 'em, those little guys are creepy!

Uhh... Seems like I have f*cked up texture.MPQ really bad, when I try to start the game I get the error:

Zoob -- if you actually read the thread, you'd know by now that you don't have to alter texture.mpq at all. If you didn't back it up before you did, you have to reinstall.

Actually the second is to place the back up in a safe place, not the same folder.

The Female gnome all in 1 picture actually looks cool :P

Great skins everyone ..

I managed to skin up some nude night elf males ..

I've included it in this ... package (heh)

I'll try and skin up some more .. after doing that it shouldn't be too hard .. as long as I have some free time ..

and for everyone complaining that it's sick or childish just remember that the naked form is the base for all human art

Currently, i have male trolls roughly patched all with the same skin and face.

It was attually Pretty simple to do.
All the face upper and lower images are the same size no matter the race so i simply cut up the one of the goblin skin to fit.
and BOOM. Goblin.

Only Issue is that if your not using hair style 1 or 2 you have no skull top o.o

and facial hair can make it look odd too.
They have a weird dance o.o too.

Oh yeah look at the Orges Dance moves, funny stuff.

i have a problem, im trying to change my stormshroud chest armor, i found all the textures for it, and the ones i want to change it to, however i can't find a directory in any of my mpq's where a chest armor model is..help!

directory in model.mpq for items =
Items
ObjectComponents
Ammo
Head
Pouch
Quiver
Shield
Shoulder
Weapon

END

chest armor and what about pants? boots? etc.

(btw i was able to change my head armor model, and shoulders, but they are still the same textures as the stuff its supposed to be, not what i changed it to, any idea how to fix this?)

To all you flamers out there - guess what, I'm mid-20s, married, getting laid more often than you knew was possible, and have plenty of **** with real women in it around, which my wife and I both enjoy, and I still find this quite thoroughly amusing. Not quite arousing (close, but not quite), but pretty damn amusing. So let's lay this whole 'you have to be a 12 year old virgin' thing to rest here. Maybe your problem is that you do find it strangely arousing and you feel guilty about it, so you're justifying your own denial here by flaming people who are causing you no harm. I hear closeminded people are terribly boring in bed.

Now I don't plan on installing because it's against the TOS, but congrats anyway. Go out there and make us some cool videos - and please record them high enough quality that we can see what's going on! Oh yeah, and where are the Horde women - and men I suppose, but you can save that for the ladies...

sktherogue -- the thing you do with those is extract and rename the desired .m2, and the desired .blp...the .m2 is the model hat, the .blp is the actual texture.

For example, on the Waveslicer (what I tested it on :p) they have Axe_2H_War_B_02.m2, which is just a white model of the axe, which also applies to any axe which looks exactly like it, and Axe_2H_War_B_02Green.blp, which is the actual green blade and wooden handle. If you applied a different .blp, but not .m2, the AXE would look the same, the colors wouldn't.

Found an issue with transparency on some of the items. I was trying to make my night elf's eyes glow red instead of gold (settled on the female's silver texture) but the modified texture wouldn't take, I'm assuming because of the edge transparency not converting properly.

The same might go for hair textures as well. Wondering if anyone has found a way to fix that? I'll try more myself later, but I don't want to reinvent the wheel here. :)

Edit update: making a compressed DX3T image and writing the BLP header myself yielded these results.

Okay, so I've been waiting and hoping someone would post this before me but apparently it hasn't come up =/

I'm working on a Tauren to NE swap, and vice versa, Only problem is I need step-by-step instructions on how to do it... Like, what files I need to work with and etc...

Also, I know how to do armor, textures, etc (Right now my 22 warrior has the full Might epic set on her junky-looking mail and is wielding the horde PVP 2h sword xD)

The BMP format won't support Alpha channels, so I'm looking for a reliable TGA BLP converter. Any suggestions? I want red glowy symbols on my Armored Boar's armor, instead of the blue symbols.
