Why let the thread die? The 'omg lolz nude ne' are people who signed up just to say it even though there's already a link...o.O
I say give it a few days...if the idiots keep up we'll let it die! Just PM me with the new nude patchs >_>

Ahriana, thank you so much for the step by step instructions. These programs work very well and are simple to use (just wish my graphic skills didn't suck).
However, this converter will not convert "Creature" BLP's in the same way as the "Character" files. Is there a way around this? Other than converting to TGA, then saving to BMP. If I did this, would the Hex work in the same way? Copy and paste the 3rd row for the BMP that was a TGA then convert to BLP?
Also great work on the nude patches! Keep more coming! I would love to see one for Troll's and Undead (hey Horde need loving to).
I also am having problems with the transparency issues. I tried the same thing, going into Photoshop and making it transparent but it still shows up as a solid color? Is there a way around this?

ok people i have made the full alliance nude patch. I use made loosly becuse all I did was apply the human nudes to the dwarf and nome skins with simular flesh tones. and I included the ne nude set.
but i'll post it all here anyway.

Heh, what can I say? I have a thing for tall, blue women with tusks and Jamaican accents. Not to mention the fried eggs hanging off of nails droopage the Undead got going on. Of course non of this has nothing to do with how much of a sick, twisted person I am. :)
But on a lighter note, some new creature skins would be a nice change of pace. And really wish I could fix this armor problem with the transparent issue. So many good ways to mix and match armor for new sets but it turns out black. Oh well, all in all this has been fun.

I would like to see a new Ragnoros Skin.
And you could also fix up some of the druid forms. No more deformed seals!

Trolls are ugly because we haven't run them through photoshop and gussied them up yet

I've been considering replacing the undead with the human models and reskinning the undead textures so they fit to see how it looks, I certainly have enough free time, since the intelligent forsaken shouldnt be rotting carcasses, they should be more like arthas and sylvannas, only their ghoul and abomination pets should be monsters

The big problem with this is that all their textures would still have that annoying tears and holes.

I did everything exactly as you said and I still can't change my Tauren > Human. I downloaded a batch file program and changed all "tauren" to "human". When I log on my character looks like human, but has fur, hooves, and his face is like something out of a nightmare. o_O
Anyway, if you or anyone could PLEASE post step by step how to change tauren to human I'd really, really appreciate it. =)

I can't get this mod working becuase of MyWarcraftStudio.
I can't figure out how to get it to run. I open it up with IZarc and it gives me all the .dll files and all that, then I click on the exe and it says that RealtimeRender.dll is missing...
How the hell do I get this to work?

Hello!
I was messing around with changing my characters weapons and I was able to get it to look like the sentinels TriPoint Glave at first, so I tried to change it again, but now it wont work. What I mean is, it doesnt change the models anymore. I'm sure I got the right weapon models, and I renamed them exactly like the Weapon I'm trying to change them to, but it doesn't change anymore. Any ideas?
