This is, indeed, an excellent idea, since my downloader crapped out at 99% :)
when I try the link, though, it gives me a 'permission denied" message (I am a premium subscriber). This is not the first time I've run into something like this (my guild uses a home made UI that I always have to bum off of someone because the link on our web page gives the same error).
Anyone have any suggestions?

A true value add for premium members, many thanks.
Blizzards download was still calculating 5 min in. about 12 min in and it's installing via this download (right now).

DaernothRavenmantle, I think you are mistaken on your account type, maybe not. Did you use Paypal or a Credit Card to pay for Premium Membership, or did you just register with the site as a member? Judging from your post count, you might not realize that Premium Members are those who have paid money to gain special benefits such as this, as well as being able to have Avatars, a journal, etc. Go [link=wow.allakhazam.com/premium/Premium_Chart.html]Here[/link] for more information.

I'd been considering getting a Premium membership for a while but this pushed me over the edge. I waited for 2 hours and Blizzard's downloader only got to seven percent. Only took a minute from Allakhazam.
i just updated my account to "premium", mostly for the sole purpose of getting the patch from you. I paid my $10, I changed my old email account with you as it is defunk and I logged in here with my new password which was sent to me from you via email.
I click the above link, it goes to the d/l page. It states I am a "premium" member, I click the link to d/l the patch and I get an "access denied" page that is blank.
What is the deal!? I just paid, it says I'm "premium"...so why am I denied?

I also am a premium member who doesn't have access to the downloader. Gives me the unauthorized access message. I paid by debit card, does that make a difference?

I can't download either...I can get to the dowload page, but downloader can't find the file. Any suggestions?

Well, I was able to download it but I'm getting an error that "This patch cannot be applied because it is a different version than the game". I double checked, I did downloadthe correct patch. Anyone else get this, or have any ideas?

But...all you need to do is disable your firewall/anti-virus. I did this and instanly was able to d/l the patch from the above link.
Two things I should say about that....one, you should have stated my firewall/anti-virus would block your patch link. It would have saved me some trouble and also sending you and email. Second, why should I have to disable my firewall to get the patch from this link? That doesn't make much sense to me but whatever...

i cant find anyway to get a message to the owners of this site? so ill post it here. I bought WoW thru here /ebgames. i was suposed to get a free month of premium service. Never Did.
Why dont you have a simple, and ez to find way to get a msg to webmaster / site?? It seems every part of the internet is only about ez ways to take our money and make it impossible to communicate back with anything but a credit card #. if this is the future of our business world, i pity you young ones.

I wish I would have known something like this would be available before spending the two hours downloading earlier in the day. Is this going to be a regular service?
