I'm sorry for putting this here, but is has been discussed on the Warrior forum already and no one could come up with so much as a link to the quests...

Just wondering if someone could point me to a link where I can find more info on these quests. I've looked around and I just can't seem to find it :(

Any info would be very much appreciated.

Oh yeah - it's Horde.

Thanks,

Jord.

Allow me to elaborate ...

I've searched the L10 Warrior quest descriptions, and none of them include the stance/taunt/Sunder Armor as a reward according to Allakhazam or Thottbot...

I know for the alliance you have to fight a guy in a bar for the defensive stance (Not kidding). Once you get the stance, the abilities associated with it become available for purchase like a normal skill.

If thats what your asking.

I believe the Horde quest starts here:

http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?wquest=1505

Edit: When I hit 10, the first warrior trainer I talked to told me that I had to speak with so and so (like a normal quest). That lead to the bar fight and defensive stance.

The bar fight is human only I believe. Trying to remember what I did as a gnome... I remember berzerker stance, but I'm under the impression all races get the same quest for that one.

once you reach level 10 your trainer will provide you with the start of the quest, which tells you to find an orc in the barrens.

if you head to the bridge between durotar and barrens, the orc that you need is on the barrens side of the bridge. the orc has a small "shanty" just a tiny bit south east of the burrow.

once you talk to the orc, he asks you to collect 5 singed scales from the thunder lizards in thunder ridge. to get to thunder ridge head across the bridge into durotar and then head north you will find thunder ridge. grab your 5 scales and return to the orc in barrens (i cant for the life of me remember his name)

you now have defensive stance, but there is a second part to the quest.

he then tells you to see a weaponsmith at the top of the mountain that thorn hill is on in the barrens, travel to the top and the smith is on the south side of the peak with a little forge setup. he asks that you retrieve stolen iron bars.

the iron bars you need for this part of the quest are at the north west base of this mountain, just in front of an overturned cart. grab the bars out of the chest and return them to the smith, you can then choose out of 4 weapons. quest done.

I know it isnt a link to a site as per your request, but this is what i posted in the warrior forums. Just to elaborate a bit, the guy you need to find just south of Far Watch Post is called Uzzek.

hope this helps :D

for the tauren, you talk to the warrior trainer in bloodhoof village and he sends you to uzzek, south west of the the defensive camp on the border of durotar/barrens.

for the orcs/trolls, i would imagine you talk to the warrior trainer in razor hill, who will then most likely send you to the same place.

i believe berserk stance is given by the trainers in the capital cities, TB and org.

cant say for undead wars, but i would imagine its something similar.

actually any trainer can give you the quest, I only noticed that last night when i started an alt gnome mage. When my little mage hit level 10 the mage trainer in Kharanos had a quest for me, but i wanted to turn in a quest in IF first. After i found the guy in IF and turned in the quest, i sought out my trainer for the level 10 spells. Lo and behold he had the quest for me too!

So i believe that any warrior trainer will give it to you (in the case of main cities lik Ogrimmar then ONE of the trainers will give it) as long as you meet the required level :)
