Items, quests and mobs change often in WoW, and right now the site doesn't have a clear way of tracking that. It would be nice to have links on each item/mob/quest page to 'previous versions', if that item changes in some substantial way. Adding to this, there needs to be a way to track dates of sightings or drops incase they change.
For example many of the blue class set items had their locations changed a couple of patches ago, and now allakhazam's listings of where they drop aren't useful anymore. With a date system I could find out that a certain mob was no longer dropping my item.

I would love to see a map link, like we had on EQ like EQ Atlas. It was truly invaluable. I would be more than willing to help with it as well.

Two suggestions (if this thread is still being read):
We have a guild site that manages our DKP information. On the pages that have information about drops, we'd like to generate a link to the Item details on allakhazam. Since we don't know your internal item ids, we link to the item search page and put the item name in the querystring:

So, here's the suggestion... It would be awesome if the item search page would just auto-redirect to the item page if the search returned only a single result. So if someone clicked on the link above, they would instead end up at:
http://wow.allakhazam.com/item.html?witem=16713
The second suggestion is about the interactive maps. You have the zone maps where you can dynamically choose to show things like where Vendors, Rare mobs, etc are. It would be cool if one of the Types to choose from was "Quest Givers". Coming to a new zone, it would be awesome to see a map of where I can find NPCs that start quests.

I would like to see a section on mobs that build faction. Whether horde or alliance. This could help when building faction for other races mounts.

I'd like an improvement to the Guild Rosters section. Have your MOD grab one's whole guild information. Much like what this site is doing....

I dig the site...and I am a subscriber. Theare things, tweaks, updates and additions I think should be made to the website. Feel free readers to add in your own additions, please keep with format, be courteous, and edit your post(s) numbering appropriately.
NOW LET'S IMPROVE THIS SITE!!!
#1 - On the "Item Sets" page http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/itemset.html , the order of the item sets listed should be automatically displayed as A-Z alphabetical order, ...
#1a - ...and I should be able to sort the displayed order by the column titles (set name, pieces, lvl, type)...
#1b - ...and add a title for the far right column and enable display sort for it as well for "class" only/specific sets.
#2 - On the "Rare Mobs" page http://wow.allakhazam.com/dyn/mobs/rare.html , I should be able to sort the displayed order by the column titles (name, type, lvl, zones)...
#2a - ...and remove the "s" at the end of "Zones", rename is "Zone", and add in a seperate line/listing to be sorted for mobs that appear in multiple zones (i.e. Death Flayer would then appear in two seperate slots on the table, and would show up under BOTH "Durotar" and "The Barrens".
#2b - Rename page title and link to "Silver Elites" since this is the info given there. (sidenote - 8 out of 10 players I encounter don't know what a Silver Elite is or why they are special).
#3 - Along the same vein, let's add a page called "Rare Spawns". This would contain jsut that, rare spawning mobs...(i.e. Ironspine is a RARE spawning regular gold ELITE which spawns in the undead instance of the Scarlet Monestary). Adding a page like this may change the locations and time spent there on the hunt mobs for that "gotta have" loot. Please include column sorting abilities as listed in previous suggestions.

In the Geography section, would be nice to have a section or forum for each zone for "how to get there" information, especially for hard to reach places like Searing Gorge, un'Goro, etc. Online requests for such information is usually greeted
with more unkind comments than genuine help.

Maps for instances.
not only for finding mobs, quest, and item/event locations, but also so you can see first hand where to go if its your first trip inside that instance.
I am sending maps to all teh instances as fast as i can i sent today all 4 sides of Scarlet Monistary and i'm continuing to map the rest out as quickly as i can.

The site overall is pretty good but I would like to see:
- The friggin Orlando advertisement that I cant get rid of sucks A#$!
- real slow, and even crashes sometimes.
-under the Leatherworking Profession I see two things missing:
1. It doesnt state at what level (of leatherworking) one can attain the recipes. It just says when they turn yellow and green.
2. For all of the higher level recipes it doesn’t specify which type it is in (Tribal, Elemental, or Dragonscale).

I would love to see a simple character sheet that I could print out, it would be nice to select items that are on the print out, but just being able to print out all of my characters, names, levels, and skill points in their tradeskills would be awesome.

As stated above,+healing and +damage mods need to be truncated to not include the exact value. It is very annoying to have to repeatedly search for each slot and each XX value.
I don't know if you have ways to capture how often search criteria is used, but if so I am thinking this may show low. People may be using other sites (I am) when they are wanting this information. The advanced search is nice for looking for int > X, but when you get to tailoring your search for specifics ... I prefer to just go elsewhere.
