Warlock's can't summon those infernals. The infernals they get are about Night Elf height, I think. Those are "Greater Infernals" or something.

The more you summon them the bigger they get. As with anything, infernals get better with time as well.

They are. I have summoned a Voidwalker 50000000000000 + 1 times and he is still the same size. :(
