I'm going to play an all-around Priest on a PvP server and wondering which tradeskill I should choose.

Herbalism/Alchemy sounds the most reasonable since I would need those mana drinks.

But how about my armor??????
Should I go Skinning/Tailoring?

Please post your thoughts ^^

Enchance take a Profession slot?
What does Enhanct do and what are the advantages?

How can I tailor without having the raw materials?

i would suggest skinning/mining until your about 30-35 and dump skinning and pick up engineering. skinning is just for extra money early on which helps alot. engineering fills the void of skills the priest is missing like a net... you can make a cloaking device... have rocket boots(to run or catch people since we have no slows that dont channel). the other option is alchemy/herbalism as the potions you can make are so great for pvp,not talking about mana/health potions, but things that absorb fire damage, increase run speed, improve armor, invisibility... theres tons. either way you cant really go wrong for pvp... no need for tailoring... ull find way better stuff along the way and on the auction house.

tailoring require cloth pieces found off humanoid mobs. enchanting is a pretty expensie trade, but is worth it since it permanently enchants a peice of armor with some stat upgrades. Many high level players pay for high level enchantments.

True, I took tailoring/Skinning once, and while it was handy to have the leathers I needed to make items with, I found it of limited usefulness, so dropped Skinning and took up Enchanting.

Nice to have guildies give you all the leathers you need if you agree to make a few Silk bags for them ;-)
