I am limited to a dial up connection (not AOL), and I am curious if WoW connection speed is capped at 56k (like FFXI) or do people with faster connections have any kind of upper hand.
Being a WHM61 on FFXI and nothing left to really look forward to has made me think of jumping to WoW.

I think I remember reading that dial-up did fine, very much like FFXI. Can't say for sure until the 23rd when it's released.
I'm stuck with dial-up as well, sadly no boardband company reaches where I live. I hear rumors that they might move out here, but nothing on the key part of "when".
