Keep in mind that sending items to yourself will take a bit of time, just like the real postal service! There is a delay of about 30-60 minutes in delivery, as I was trying to send cloth items that I'd made and enchanted to my twink and I was about 1-2 levels too late the first couple times I sent things to myself, haha.
Mail is instant.
Western Union is instant.
Fed Ex takes 60 minutes.
(those are messages, money, and items, in that order)
