It's a "Rare" mount that you see at the bottom, not the one you get when you hit L40.

In place of a standard mount, Taurens get an ability.

Why did you call me an asshat? To think I rated your post "Decent" ...

Well I just said they had a mount. It hasn't been confirmed if it's 60 or a Honor Reward but there is now a possibility for taurens to get a mount.
I'd like to add that I never said they get the kodo mount at "40".
