Click to move has also been changed. You can no longer use it when casting spells to automatically get in range. It also doesn't auto follow mobs while attacking.

The warrior rage bug has been replied to by Bliz and is being fixed. Mages also have a bug with some spells. The mob begins to attack you from a distance after the spell is cast. I'm sure this will be fixed also. Rogues appear to be unhappy with Stealth. I don't have a rogue character, so I can't provide any info.

Alot of new immersion stuff was added; very nice. I don't like the new male gnome voice as much as the old one, but it's not horrible.

This is one of the new "/v silly" for gnomes, funny stuff.

"I'd like to give a shout out to my boys in Gnomeregan. Keepin it real Big-T, Snoop-Pup, and Little Dees. Y'all are short, but you're real, baby."

Yeah, I heard about the rogue situation. They want stealth to be like in DAOC where they are completely invisible and not detected. I think thats silly and easily abused. The cone of vision way of being detected makes more sense since when actually sneaking, the point is to avoid any direct line of sight.

I want a soundbite of this, dammit!

Charge really hurt alot of Warriors not in PvP specifically because now priests will always think twice about grouping with a fury/arms warrior. The reason for this is we had a hard time controlling agro before and now we got screwed because getting rage is much harder now and this leads to Priest getting full agro.

Blizzard already stated that rage was suffering from a bug. As for charge, it was abused and Blizzard changed it. As for a fury/arms build getting less invites, I really don't see this happening just because of charge being a noncombat ability. All I can say is that now charge is the opener of combat. Nothing you can do other then use it as such.

Yes but what you don't understand is that without spamming charge there isn't a way that we can have alot of rage besides potions and inner rage that have cooldowns. We needed charge because it generated alot of rage which allowed us to get more attacks on the mob increasing aggro on us so the priest won't get aggro after heal crits.

That was broken. Plain and simple. You should not be able to spam charge, and now you can't.

This is the real problem. I expect rage to be addressed a bit next push. This is what needs to get changed, charge doesn't need another buff.

Looks like warriors will have to take it like warriors and go into defensive stance, taunting away.

Fury/Arms warriors do get less invites. If your putting a group together, unless the warrior is a friend, why would you invite one over a better dps class.

Azuarc, I also made a new toon on beta 2 because I wanted to see the new changes to professions with a fresh economy. Name is Ebu (Gnome Mage) if you want to group or talk in game.

What exactly is wrong with it? Are they supposed to fix your poor spelling and grammar automatically? Do you want them to send you candy? Free balloon with every /tell?

What a cheep way to flame a guy.... I was talking about chat bubbles. In one interview they said that they haddent conciderd it untill the interviewer had said somthing about it. I think the chat itself is fine I just think the chat bubbles work really well. Also JEAFo you smell like ball hair, just because you can't get laid by more then an IM screen doesent give you the right to make fun of me.

>:^0 <ball hair> eww..

If chat bubbles are what I think you keep talking about Nich, I would actually prefer to not have them.

Personally, I like having chat windows in the lower part of the screen.

It makes it easier to read. It gets hard to read sometimes when in busy areas and text appears above the head. Also text color becomes a problem, sometimes not showing up because of background color.

well without sounding redundant. i like the chat screen in the corner also..i just also like chat bubbles like in swg.

#45 Sep 24 2004 at 11:17 AM Rating: Decent
they could do like SWG and make chat bubbles a toggle option.
#46 Sep 24 2004 at 2:04 PM Rating: Decent
true, true. swg chat system was really nice though for anyone whos played it i think they would agree. the only reason i did'nt go insane grinding was because they had a great grp chat sys.
