Spell questionFollow

Okay, before i say this I know that WoW is its own game and should be unique in its ways yadda yadda yadda. Now with that out of the way, I was wondering if there are AoE nukes/snares and root spells in WoW. That was my favorite thing to do in any online RPG was quad kiting in EQ (this was before all the BS expansions and before EQ turned crap). It was great that wizards could get 5-10X the xp as a whole pt as long as you had the talant to do so. If anyone could tell me that would be great, i looked at the spell lists but they aren't 100% correct anyways.

While the potential to kill a few creatures at once is possible, kiting isn't except in small spaces. Creatures leash in this game, so no farming otters from all ends of Cobalt Scar. Plus the animosity, fairly justified at that, of players who weren't of classes capable of these things are reason enough to try to not include them.

If you are solo, it is rare you *want* to fight more than one. You can usually survive two similar-leveled creatures circumstantially, but it creates much more downtime.

gl with that last part lol...prolly have to wait till open beta/retail for 3-4 months like me =P
