*enter RP Mode* ^_^ your probably in for a long read.

A few days ago i had 18 gold to my name, not to bad, not great, but, not to bad. Then the tailoring trainer showed up in the Undercity with new recipies. Down to 16 gold. I look at the list of things that can be crafted later on, and see that i can make a 12 slot bag, my eyes go wide as i go on a buying spree for materials to try to get the skill needed to learn this amazing recipie.

15 gold later, im still not able to learn the recipie, punk. Time to go farming. I decide to go to Arathi Highlands for the spiders outside of town, the Spider silk and thick spider silk they drop can fetch a decent price on the market, and the other various things they yeild can sell well to vendors. I get back up to 6 gold. Not long before landing in the Undercity again, im down to almost nothing for cash. Spiders are fun, but, you can only take so much poision from them before you start having nightmares about these accursed creatures.

I heard a lot in my travels about a place called the Scarlet Monastary, and how people go there often for some good cash. so, i decide to bite the bullet and form a group for it. I create soulstones for my team and we move in. We immediatly get swarmed by about 6 humanoids. we stick it out, and survive. but barely. We now work on formulating a plan to only draw 3 or less at a time, and we blaze through the place. The items they drop arnt all that great, but, the money they drop is actually really decent. We find some silk, and some other various things. We eventually stumble across a locked treasure chest. luckily one of us was able to open it. Inside held a Neckless that would benifit both the Priest in our group, as well as myself. alas luck was not with me, and the priest got it. I give my congratulations to the priest, and we move on. We battle our way through hordes of the Scarlet warriors and casters, and another locked chest is found. to the teams surprise the same neckless was in the chest as well, and i got that one. Overjoyed and slightly stronger, we move on. Battle after battle we work our way to the last room in the Library. A misstep on our part and suddenly we have 8 of the guards on us. We all get our tails kicked, and we regroup ready for round two in the same room. My soulstones making all the difference there. Alas we took to long and the guards started showing up again, and the same 8 took us down a room before a Scarlett whos name i cannot remember.

Disheartened, we all go our seperate ways, but vow to get our revenge later.

My hopes come back to me as i see another team getting ready to go back, and quickly join the party.

Deja vu ensues as we have a shakey start, but, within a few major battles, we all are fighting in unison, and an hour or so later, we are at the place that i was dreading. The second to last room in the area.

The Named Scarlett is not one to be taken lightly. His mana count seems to be unlimited. No matter how much i drained, he alwasys had more. Not to bad for me, because i was always low, but, dangerous to the entire team.

We get him battered, bruised, and bleeding suddenly a sheild goes up around him. I almost freeze in place not knowing what to do. Suddenly an explosion goes off, and im on the floor looking at the ceiling. another member is down as well. we wait for the opportune moment to use our soulstones, and come back up weak and dizzy. I get the mana to cast the Drain Mana spell, and start to replenish my count, also using Drain Life when possible because i know that in my current state, one hit and i go down for the count.

After fierce and tense moments, the Scarlett leader drops. a cheer erupts from the team, as well as a few choice words about the spell that brought two of us down.

We go to check the spoils of the battle, and as luck had it, i got the choice. To my surprise an Awesome Staff is among the loot. Unfortunatly, i do not use staffs, and alerted the team to it, because it would bind to my soul if i picked it up. The priest that we had (a different one from the previous battle) asked if they could get it, no objections raised from the party, and the priest immediatly equipped it. Cool looking staff, the green at the top of it was pleasant. We find a box behind where the Scarlet leader was at which held a key for each of us. we pick up the key, and one of the two Shaman's we had said that he needed to head back to town for some sleep and recovery. I wanted more.

A quick message goes out to a Rogue who was in the first run through, and a Ritual of Summoning later, the now recomplete 5 person team works the way to the exit.

One of the battered, brused, and Bleeding scarlet guards ran away from us. I was shocked with the beating that it took that it could walk at all. its amazing what Adrenaline can do for someone that near death. We werent able to bring him down in time, and he alerted quite a few of his friends.

The team re rallied as spirits at the entrance to the library. Some discussion follows and we decide to try our luck in the Armory. some hesitant, but, willing. We try our luck inside. The Scarlet guards in there are not pleasant. We formulate a stratagy to bring as few as possible to us, and we begin working our way through.

We dont know exactly what happened. A silent alarm tripped, a runaway guard, or just poor luck on our part, but, a swarm followed us. We knew that it was a doomed fight, yet we kept pressing on. you may think that 5 against 3 is good odds for the team of 5, and sometimes you may be right. Five against Ten though, thats just uncalled for. We were all spirits again fairly shortly, and the group decides to go thier seperate ways again.

We will go back and conquer. If it takes days, weeks, or months, we will get them back for this.

I am now able to make the 12 slot bags with the money that was found on those travels, now to just make them.
