The thought of a high-end class makes me choose an Orcish Warrior (Blademaster), for some flavor another Orcish Shaman and Trollish Rogue.

Leaning towards Undead Warrior or Orc Hunter on a PvP Server. Gonna be too many Alliance bound people, I like the odds stacked against me.

Night Elf/Human Rogue. Or if im feeling different, human pally. But all those sneaky abilities in a vastly PvP world... good times ahead :D
