Yes, i have played Hardcore in diablo 2ex and it does suck. I tried it cause my friend wanted to to so we did. We where about to fight andy when my friend lagged and died. So he remade and i kept going. I got to level 25-30, i cant remember which, and had to go afk for like 5 mins. I stayed in the sewer of act2 so i could get some exp like and idiot and when i got back i was dead. I was like wtf who killed me? i asked a player in game and come to find out it was a guy i had been partying with for a couple of hours and we got along great.

And yes i do hate hardcore. I dont want to have to restart everytime some a~hole wants an easy kill or i lag or get called away for an instant.

Sure hardcore can be fun staying an instant away from death... for the first go around. But for me after i lose a character that i worked hard on and started to like i say forget it.

haha that's actually funny.. well no offense, but a good hc player would never do something that stupid as to go afk in sewers let alone anywhere..

Diablo 2 is all about PK as much as PVM and PVP.. that's one of my fav. things in the game also.. hardcore is a very unforgivable place.. and u hate it because you made mistakes.. well too bad.. that's part of hardcore.. next u'd learn not to camp like that.. u know obviously why now ^^

anyways, I hope they make Diablo 3.. even if its not mmorpg.. i'd drop any mmorpg on the floor for D3 :)

Do you even realize death is a part of the storyline? As in their are quests that you can only take and complete if you are dead?

If you only want to play WoW just to lvl grind so you can pk someone... well... Please dont get the game. WoW is all about the quests and the stories they tell, its not about how far one can level without dieing, or who you can kill for the hell of it. Even PvP plays a lot into the storyline for the PvP servers.

Just say NO to PK!

I think its funny how people who like to PK want to subject to it all the people who are not interested in PvP in the first place, and then try to taunt them into not being a baby and a carebear and sucking it up and coming to die for the PK'ers amusement.

Half the player base has zero interest in PvP. Half of the remainder has extremely limited interest. Half of that remainder wants to experience genuine open PvP a bit, but not get griefed constantly. That last eighth seem to think they represent the majority.

You've brought PvP and PKing into this discussion, so I'm sorry, I have nothing more to say about trying to argue with you about hardcore. I would not play a game where I could lose months of work at the hands of one person who constantly tries to exploit glitches and unfair gameplay just for a cheap laugh at my expense.

Azuarc keeps saying the things I'd say if I weren't so lazy and were able to write more than three sentences at a time without my brain shutting down. I think this is all I have to say about PvP.
