Character Transfer Question :: World of Warcraft

I have searched around and cannot find an answer to my specific question. There are plenty of threads out there answering most EQ2 Character Transfer questions but I cannot find one regarding mine.

I have a level 41 Illusionist that I have on the Vox Server. I stopped playing because I was fed up with constantly being attacked when roaming the areas. I understand you cannot transfer a character from Vox to another Non-Exchange server, so my question is, is it possible to transfer my character from Vox to Bazaar?

Yes. :) The transfers were just allowed back in April, announced here: http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?topic_id=498884

Like you said, it's Vox -> Bazaar or Bazaar -> Vox only. It would be nice if they could worm out of the legal restrictions on that.
