Still not able to log onFollow

#1 May 14 2011 at 8:19 PM Rating: Decent
I changed my pass word....I am able to log on to the station and it starts update then I get this error

There was a problem decompressing the file C:\ProgramData\Sony Online Entertainment\Installed Games\EverQuest II\lp_temp\LegendsOfNorrath\LegendsOfNorrath.dll_delta_10509_126.gz.

Station launcher will try again after 5 seconds.

I also try to go to my account and use the password I changed it to and it gives me the invalid user name or password any idea what it going wrong.

Thanks

Also I am sure the e-mail on my account is incorrect since I didn't receive any e-mails from SOE. What do I do?

Try to login at https://auth.station.sony.com/login and when you put in username/pw, a line should appear above it telling you to reset your password. Click the link there and put in the old and what you want the new one to be.

I haven't received any SOE mails either for my account, my hubby's account or my kids' accounts (5 in all) so just try it through the web site.

If that file is still giving you trouble after you can login, try deleting it to force a fresh download.

Went to the link and it says it is a invalid user name or log in. It had me change it when I first tried to log on. It will let me log on to the station launcher but will not let me log onto my account.

Thanks :)

Check your email and see if you have any email from SOE. Make sure you look in spam folders in case it was tossed there.

You can also try contacting their customer service to see if they can help.

Get rid of the station launcher, EQII has its own launcher now.
