Good afternoon fellow explorers! I received a letter in my mailbox the read "research of spell Doom Judgement is complete. You can pick it up any time". Where do i pick this up? Thanks!
Since the research NPC's were removed from the game, I see this question a lot (people really need to read those pesky update notes). Anyway, its in your spellbook now! You can research at any time, any where, as well as pick up spells whenever you feel like it!
If you do not see a "Research" tab in your spell book, you most likely have a custom UI and need to update it to have that be shown.

Things I sometimes play...
"What do you want to be when you grow up?"
"I want to be a unicorn!"

Seemingly, Dya is VERY quick on the draw this morning. He was posting his clear and concise response (see above) as I was typing out the stammer & stutter you see below!
My original pathetic fail of a response:
At some point in the past, you will have gone to visit an NPC, most likely in your ethnic home village location, who you asked to make the spell upgrade for you. This is a free service and will have been based upon your current quality level for that spell. This NPC has now finished that upgrade.
I believe this mechanic was recently disabled or upgraded and that you can now research your own spell upgrades but I am unsure how this new version works. Yours is most likely one of the spells that was in progress when they updated the mechanic and the system is cleaning up after itself...

OBD you are right, my response was very clear and concise compared to what you were you writing ;)

reseach tab in spell book did the trick. thanks!
