Long time EQ player firing up EQ2 again and am getting smashed by mobs whose spell effects are strange. If this happened in EQ1, I'd search Lucy to find out what it was that it was doing to me. I'd also do this for my own spells to find out in more detail how the mechanics worked so I could best utilize them.
I haven't found something similar to Lucy in EQ2. I know that zam and Lucy partnered up at some point, and was just hoping you guys had something out there I haven't found yet.

Lucy is just EQ. We have no way to parse the data stream in EQ2 like they do in EQ, sorry. However, we do get data dumps from SOE, and our items database and such is up-to-date as of Game Update 56.
ON the menu up top, choose Database > Abilities, then your class, for a current list of spells and combat arts.

This is sort of random but is there any way to get the discussion sections of over page back? I really liked that about EQ1 Allakhazam & EQ2 allakhazam when it had it, made the site more of a community.

If I'm understanding you right, you're not able to get to pages after page 1? I see a bar above the comment area that pad "next ->" on the right and "101 Threads, goto page: 1 2 3 (Search Forums) (Live View) (Followed Threads)" on the right.
