i am a master provisioner and i have both the diploma and the earing of the solstice. i clik to use it daily but i have found only one red shiny.are they extremly rare of do you have to be in a particular zone to find them.So far this has been a useless item as i am a lvl 450 tinkerer and my speed is 65 and falling isnt a problem either.............

Only certain zones have red shinies, and some of the zones you can only find them in certain locations. We have a list of all known red shiny collections and their zones, however. :)

If I remember correctly, you have to actually be wearing the earring in order to see the shiney, not just "use" it.
