As long as I dont level down and can't use half my gear on my alts sounds cool. I agree with the torture of 65-75 now that I have my third character in that level range. My main wasn't much of an issue since it was afterall the guy I played everyday and tried to actively get as many groups as possible (gear, quests, aa, money).
Anyway sounds pretty cool, cant wait to check it out tomorrow.

All my characters aren't earning exp anyway, I've got them getting AA's. I outleveled ALL my quests and zones a while back and I hate deleting quests, so I'm determined to finish up all my gray and green quests. But a few of them were right on the edge of dinging, so I wonder if this change will have pushed any of them over.
You should hit up the Chronomage, mentor yourself down and finidh those grey quests! After the level cap raises, maybe :)

Yeah, I keep forgetting about that stupid Chronomage. We should be able to have a pet one to carry around with us. Yeah.
I don't know if they evened out the hell levels or just made different levels hell levels. I know 39 to 40 took about 5-6 hours in The Feerrott last night and 80% of level 40 took maybe 2.
