Question on EQ2 bardsFollow

nope, not much kiting for bards.

I play a dirge, and dont really have much kiting ability, half of my stuff I can only cast while standing still. Then the only CC ability I have is a stun for a few seconds, and a fear spell to make my target run away for a few seconds.

Troubs have more CC, but doubt they can kite much better.

As far as taking on multiple mobs, I can as long as they are solo or very green. I have one damage aoe, and most of my debuffs are aoe.

I havent played old bards, except for on eqoa. I will tell you no plate armour, and no insterments yet. More limited crowd control, mainly slows and either a fear or charm depending on final class choice. We have a series of buffs mostly group, and I find I have some of the best stats around. But we are the weakest DD class, but offer more then just damage.
