Ok i am lv 24 and got Undying Adherent. Now people on my server(permafrost) are selling adept III for 62-75 gold ... is it worth it to spend that much or should i spend 10 gold for the adept 1 veresion?
What is the look of adept I and adept III and is there a difference?
I recently just started playing again so i'm still relearning necromancer so i dont want to fork out too much money if its not worth it.
What are your opinions? adept III or I?
Also if theirs a website out there that is dedicated to EQ2 Necros and mages please let me know the link. Thanks!

Unless the Adept 3 spell is very cheap, meaning under 40g, then I would keep the money and save for a bigger pet down the road.
The creatures you are fighting now have some mitigations and special abilities, but they are kittens compared to the ones you'll fight at level 38+. And it's then that you'll need a turbo-charged Adept III pet.
But, considering you will not get another pet until level 32, you might want to inviest in the power now. Just be sure to save up for the bigger pets later.
I got my Adept 3 pet from the level 38 version and used it exclusively until the revamp. Now, all 3 versions (tank/scout/mage) are valuable and I spent everything I had to make all Adept 3. It was well worth it.
