If anybody knows what the funs spells for the scout classes are, it would be much appreciated.
Rangers at lvl 20 can buy a spell called Phin's Hunting Hawk.
Casting it gives you a pet hawk that some say can be used to confuse or hold off an enemy while you make good your escape. I have not found this to be true! But it is a cool fluff spell all the same... You can't take him with you on a griffon ride... I guess the poor little guy just can't keep up the pace!
I think Swashys get a spell at lvl 20 that will embarrass any group member - make their face turn red.

Dirges get theirs from that guy between the qeynos temple and the gat to the eldargrove in N qeynos. It used to put a groupmember into a morn emote, but now they just have a puff of smoke every couple of seconds.

Swashbuckler:
Lvl 20: Swashbucklers charm: Makes grouped, lower level target perform the flustered emote.
Lvl 40: Illusion: Half elf: Should be obvious what this does. Useless if you are in fact a half elf.
lvl 50: Weapon blur: Gives a heat shimmer effect around the hands of the swashbuckler (text says it's because we move so fast in combat that we seem to distort the air around our hands.I say it's because half elves are hot.)
