Is there a way to change appearance after char creation?Follow

I thought I remembered reading about how you could change your facial features after you've created your character. How do I do that?

I have not seen one. There may be a hidden quest however...

I really doubt that there is.

Pay an image designer 10k credits and .... errr ... uhm..... wrong game. Seems that you will be stuck with your appearance which is a good thing IMHO. I know that one of the things Sony announced when starting the game, they wanted to make everyone look Unique so you knew who your friend was by looks. Because of this, I figure they want your choices on this to be set in stone *shrug*.

I enjoy the fact that they go through all the customization options for the face and hair, then stick all the casters in hooded robes that hide 99% of the uniquely goodness.

There is an in game command to remove hood. Can't think of it at the moment but I did use it in Beta. /hood something

You can use the /showhood command to toggle it on or off. In beta it didn't work until you logged though and I don't know if they have changed/fixed it yet.

I do have a beef about character creation.

I made my dwarf with red / brown hair. It wasn't too dark. In game it is black. On the character select screen, it is the color I had intended it to be. It's a minor annoyance and I can live with it, but it just bugs me that I should've set the hair color to be 2 shades lighter to get the color I wanted.

Has this happened to anyone else?

It happened to my wife as well... Her dwarf has darker hair than what was depicted during her character creation. But my barbarian hair color was not... It could be the dwarf in general.
