1)Why are the Erudite a diff. color? I j/w but I have never played one on EQ cuz I like gnomes more.
2)How does the Artisan class work? It says it is an archetype class but while on the EQ site I looked at the races and it didnt say any of them could be an Artisan.
3)Does anyone think they will make a program where you can play around with making a char? Becuz I am not getting EQ2 till xmas and it would save some time if I knew what I wanted my char. to look like.
I am almost 100% sure I am getting EQ2 and not WoW. Unless I see something amazing while playing the open beta. Becuz as far as I have seen if you have a cp that can play EQ2 then then I dont see why anyone would WoW over EQ2. Becuz the nonplays talk so I dont have to read that and the game looks alot better so all that help you get into the game more.

Erudite color is differant B/C thier parents dye them when they are born.
Any Race can have any Artisan skill. consider it like a sub job
If you pre-order the game now you get a disk with a char creator
so you can see what the classes look like (also if you dont want to purchase that char creator you can DL it using a peer to peer service)

1) Erudites evolved over the 500 years that have passed. It seems that the intense use of magic has effected them to give them an almost non-human look to them (I am sure we will have a more indepth explaination on the site in the days to come).
2) Artisan class is like a separate class on it's own (that is fully featured as well). You have two separate experience bars, one for adventuring (priest, mage, scout, fighter professions) and another for Artisan classes. It will take a lot of dedication to move up as an Artisan in-game so it is much more involved than what you may have seen in the Original EverQuest.
