A lot of scout beta testers are saying on the Scout's Sanctuary forums that all damage (ranged, melee, Combat arts) has gone way down, and poison procs are completely random (0-4) a fight and they only last for 3 minutes as opposed to 12 hours. Hopefully this is just a big bug that will get solved, but it seems like nerfing damage in 3 areas will require poisons with massive damage to end up with a "net increase in overall damage"
