Transferring registration from one account to anotherFollow

I've been trying to find information through Lodestone, Mog Station and the official forums (turns out I can't post there yet), about transferring the registration from one account to another. I have had the PC version of FFXIV for a quite a while but haven't been playing it for quite some time. Some time later I bought a copy of the game for PS3. Long story short, they are on different accounts because I didn't know you could set it all up on one account. Is there anyway to do this transfer or am I pretty much stuck with two separate accounts?
