Ok i was told in coil the 10% echo buff we get upon entry will go up 10% every week until it gets to 50%. But now I hear ts every two weeks and it wont get close to that high the max will be like 15% sooo which one is it?
Also is coil the only place that gives echo buff upon entry? (i know places give it if you die a few times but Im asking about upon entry only)?

Coil Echo buff is being increased every 2 weeks after the patch, apparently to a cap of %30 on the third increase:
- 10% (now)
- 15% (next)
- 30% (last)
Coil 1-5 is the only place you receive it on entry.

There is actually gonna be a 4th step somewhere in there inbetween 15 and 30, meaning that we end up at 30% 8 weeks after 2.2 release.
Unless, of course, they went back on the plans they rolled out before 2.2 release.

Yeah right, it keeps changing.
I pulled those numbers from an interview on the 14th of March.
