Retainers can be classes, can be levelled to 50 and can be sent on various Ventures. Awesome mobs coming too and I'm slightly more interested in the new Amdapor dungeon than I was. Can't wait for Leviathan and those last few seconds hint at more craziness. Really looking forward to it now :)
Why in the world would they rename the existing gear item with the skin name?
Yeah, I want to know what the skin is. I MUCH MORE want to make my life easy when it comes to getting the appropriate gear slotted into my character.
I want it to keep its name and get an additional "Glamour:" info field on the tooltip. Barring that, I want it to keep its existing name.
I seriously hope they at least had the foresight to be sure that glamoured gear didn't need to be re-saved in your armor sets.
Really uggg that makes it even worse... I am not a fan of this whole Glamour stuff at all to begin with.. I would like to change color of my gear so I dont look exactly like every other whm but this whole Glamour stuff...

Really why do we need to level the retainers? I was hoping for a 3rd retainer since being out of room..
I just remade one of my retainers to have a more clever name. (Who are you more likely to buy from, a retainer with a boring canon name like Zaa'na or a retainer named Newegg?)
Going to have fun sending Grumpyoldman out to do ventures.
Can't wait to fight Diabolos. It looked like a super neat fight. The music for the lost city of Amdapor takes a different turn, I think. It's very...surreal? Fits the last boss, at least. Just slow paced compared to the rest of the dungeon music.
I am REALLY surprised to see the 2nd coil taking place in what appears to be an outside area for once. There is a nice elevator ride and a bunch of jumpy loops but it seems that you fight a boss at the end of all the jumps.
Leviathan looks really fun. Reminds me of the fight against one of the bosses in Zelda: Skyward Sword. Very dynamic raid environment...and I think it looks like you can probably be knocked off the arena and 'drown'. :P
I really enjoy their trailers. They really do a good job displaying content in the most grandiose ways possible.

Mr. Happy pointed out that at the 6:30 mark of the video, after the corridor opens, it looks like Nael Van Darnus is waiting at the end.
ULTRAThat's because he is.
And yes: the music at the end was none other than Clash/Battle on the Big Bridge.
Did you guys see the blue / gold gilded "creature" with the weird shaped head in that main video? It showed up at 7:00 when they were previewing the main scenario quests. Wonder what that is.
The red/black new allagan stuff looks downright amazing. Must.... beat.... twintania
