To change leadership, look in the menu under Social -> Party Members (or hit the "O" key). Right click (or was it left click) the new leader's name and choose Promote.

Finding new party members... well, if you know who you want to invite, you can do a search for their name, click on their name and then invite to party. If don't have anyone in mind, but have a specific objective, you could use Party Finder (Social -> Party Finder).

At the time I wrote this I could not access party finder from inside the dungeon and right or left clicking provided no menu. We had to disban and reform. I asked on these forum just to make sure I wasn't missing anything. I'm on a PS3. It appears to be working now. Idk what the problem was.

Party Finder doesn't work in dungeons, we've found. So if you went in with a full pre-formed party, you can't add people from Duty Finder after the fact, nor can you get more people from Party Finder (because the dungeons exist on a different server, and PF is local to your own server.)

Kind of a gap in the system, but voting abandon and re-forming is pretty much your only option if you went in with a pre-formed party and lose a member.

Entering via Duty Finder if you're in a group less than the number of people needed for the dungeon, even if you are in a duo or trio, the Duty Finder will give you the option of replenishing a member if you lose a person.

Probably should have mentioned that you were in a dungeon in the OP. That's an important bit of context.

Party Finder is a feature that's specific to your world. When you're in a dungeon, you really aren't on your world's server (you're in an instance on a server that's shared among multiple worlds). So it makes sense that you can't access Party Finder. It's interesting to find out that you can't replenish your ranks if you enter with a fully pre-made group to start.
