Question about preorder items

If you had 1.0 CE (not sure how you would miss this out) you would have in-game Onion Helmet and physical CE stuff like a Map, a dev video DVD, a Diary, a Cup/City State Citizen certificate depends on US or Rest of the World.

You can just preorder PC, the code for item should be separated from the registration code for the game if it is like 1.0.
