How to play the game and lose weight

My friend was going to throw out a stationary recumbent bike so I grabbed it from him and just got it set up in my sun room last night, going to try that while playing on the PS3 (red dead redemption for now). Used get exercise in easy but with a kid the schedule went out the window.
