Very Confused About The Time LineFollow

Hey everyone, got a question about the time line i found http://wdl.square-enix.com/ffxiv/download/en/FFXIV_2.0_Roadmap_EN.pdf there and http://gdl.square-enix.com/ffxiv/download/en/FFXIV_2.0a_Outline_EN.pdf there

The first one makes it seem like we can start playing 2.0 in November

But the second one says "goes on sale" in jan 2013. Which is it?

Both say "begin distribution of 2.0 software" I am assuming they mean for us to download yes?

I have an account, but have not subbed in 5 months. (lvl 50 Pug)

MMO's have this phase called "beta" which occurs before the official release and before the game goes on sale.

The time lime is correct with the information Yoshi-P has said on interviews.
End of September - early October will be the end of FFXIV 1.0 (Servers will be shutdown)
Distribution of FFXIV 2.0 for download will begging and Closed Beta testing for PC will start.
November will start the PS3 Closed Beta, probably adding the changes giving by the PC Beta.
November servers are up possible PC currently subscribe players game available ( these is my guessing only)
January 1213 game goes on sale!
