keyboard and the action barFollow

simple question since i am not currently playing the game so i cannot post in the official forums

since the UI for PC and PS3 are going to be separate, has there been any mention of being able to assign your action bar slots to letter keys?

all of the screen shots showing CTRL and SHIFT 1 - 9 is extremely discouraging to me. its one of the most un-ergonomical aspects of using a keyboard and being able to assign those slots to letter keys is sooooooo convenient and common among PC gaming.
