Leveling-AlbFollow

I hear people mention how fast it is to level if you know some of the "well known tricks."

Beyond having someome PL you and doing quests/tasks is there something or some area that is signifcantly better?

My specs are 32 Friar on classic server with all expansions.

Also, when people talk about PL here what is the best way to do that? Is it just simply a matter of a 50 or other high level taking a lower level to kill mobs that con green or higher to the 50 to get your xp cap per kill or is there more to it?
