Ok ive seen people with the stone dragon pet but how do you get it? quest? vendor? if so where do i get the quest? is it a chain quest? and whats it called?

It was one of the many dragon quests, probably about midway. I think it was when the eggs were about to hatch, and since they already did, it is probably too late to do it.
