Joining DAOCFollow

First of all Hi to everyone, I'm new to DAOC as of this week and have decided to subscribe. I just wanted to comment on the system of updating the game and adding expansions. I first tried the 14 day trial (for 2 days) and decided to subscribe. I had a box set of DAOC+ shrouded Isles (bought in error...thought it was an offline RPG) so put that on. So when I start that up (boxset) it downloads the older version of atlantis trials and keeps me waiting for ages. OK so I should've guessed it would do that but thought upgrading would be easy. Then I decided to upgrade to catacombs so I logged in on the Daoc site and got a licence. Lo and behold it won't just upgrade my old folders/game, it has to download everything again. Is there some easy way to get the game in future to add expansions to what is already there and not have to redownload everything? It is very tiresome. Apart from that the game seems great....I just don't want to go through the ordeal every expansion.
