Buffbot questionFollow

Hey all...need some help on my bot account. I use him strictly for buffs...lol old comp crashes if i zone...so I have him at 50 enhance, the rest who cares, right? lol Anyhow, my buddy gave me a old set of armor that has the +25% stat enhancements on it, but my stats aren't 25% higher. My str is like 10 higher, my AF is about 20 higher and my hit points are about 40 higher. But my dex, quickness and con are exactly the same. What gives? I expected for all my buffs to go up by 25%, since my old set of armor and jewels have 0% stat enhance bonus.

One other point, on my old set of armor I have enhancement at 50+12, but on the new set its 50+5...dunno if that makes a difference or not, but figured it might.

Does the +25% only affect you if your Enhancements line is less than level 50? Any thoughts are appreciated, thx.
