HELP!!!Follow

Ok so i started playing this game (14 day trial) about a week ago, last night(thurs) i decided to venture into the Caerwent Housing, didnt knwo what it was just went in. all of a sudden the game crashed to the desktop. i tried many times to start up the game again. i get to where i can choose my character and then it starts to load the realm, then crashes to desktop again. keep in miond i had no problem playing before. also i made another character and went in caerwent again and the same thing has happened.

i need help!! please!!! any would be much appreciated.

the realm is mordred, im a lvl 9 pally.

yea that was one problem fixxed, thanks. unfortunately now it crashes after 20-30 min of play every once in a while. oh its better than nothing.
