absolutely not. Bard/mistrel/skald are unique to each realm in that their speed buffs are greater than anyone elses (as they are song players). 204% normal speed I believe at the highest level. Vamp red speed buff is equivilant to a warden or enchanters speed buff, tho it is timered and leaves it's caster upon entering combat... hope that helps...

That's not entirely true. The speed spell can not be cast in battle since it can be interrupted, has a non-combat delay before casting, and if you take a hit after casting it then it's cancelled and you would need to cast it again. Also, the ranged DD spell from the VE line can also be interrupted so it really can't be cast in combat either. All other spells are able to be cast in combat and can not be interrupted.
