Quests will not workFollow

I have been having trouble with my new Vampiir. Twice now I get a quest and go to the loc but it will not trigger, bring up the box. First time (lv 3) I deleted and started over, worked the second time. This time lv 10 I don't want to do that. I tried clearing the quest with the trainer but it wont let me. I am getting a little frustrated.
