And one more Artifact QuestionFollow

Although I have been around for a while I am now just play TOA after all this time...so is the following statement true?

If I have successfully finished the encounter, got the Artifact, the scrolls, had it activated by the correct scholar and the item is lets say a gem/jewel I do the following.

The item goes from my backpack to the jewel slot and also onto the quick bar?

Then doing the Shift "I" thing it is there that it will give me the procedures for leveling the item.

It depends on the artifact. If you have DS it will take FOREVER to level. I've had it for months in RVR and its only lvl 1. It only goes on your hotbar once its leveled up far enough to use the ability. Those usually come at lvls 5 and 10.
