At what level do you start getting realm points for rez'ing people? Any ideas as to which set of patch notes has that info? Thanks.

Your first Rez comes at lvl 10. If by chance you rez someone whp has been killed by enemy realmers at that lvl, you will get RPs. As you are at best able to rez 5 lvls above yourself this is unlikely to happen but is possible.
