I just took over a Guild on the Pellinor server.
I have sent up an appeal,but it seems like I am getting the run around from support and the CSR's.
There is a Guild member who is a Lvl 0 before I took over the guild and she no longer plays .I want to remove her from this Level,I do not know her,or what kind of person she is .
We have built up the start of a new guild body with some really nice players and we are storeing stuff in the Guild House Vault and I would really hate for her to start playing and take most of the stuff out of the vault .I have had this happen before and I am really worried about it.
CSR's said they cant remove a Lvl 0 guildie and Tech support said they cant help with in game problems .Is there a way I can set permissons on the house and Vault where she cant take the stuff .Or is there a way I can remove her to a lower level ?

You cannot remove her from the guild or reduce her rank. I don't know how permissions work with guild housing, but it seems to me that a Rank 0 would have all permissions automatically. If you are that concerned, then you should start a new guild. Better safe than sorry.

I am sure I read not too long ago on either the Herald or on the Vault boards that non active guild masters were demoted automatically after not logging on for a set period.
If so, if you left her as the ONLY level 0, and you as the only level 1. I believe after a month you will be made active guild master, and could then boot her and restructure the guild as you wish.
Sorry I cannot remember the post/thread, but sure I do remember it. Might be worth posting this on the Vault as well as here (Sorry!!!!)

Found the following.......

Guild Maintenance Policy
========================
Guilds are an integral part of Dark Age of Camelot. In order to ensure the longevity of any guild, we must make sure that every guild has a Guild Leader (guild rank 0) with the authority to make critical changes in guild structure and guild setup. We assume that if a guild leader is absent for more than 3 weeks, that the guild leader has abandoned the guild (for whatever reason). At this point we will auto-promote a new guild leader from within the guild. The system works as follows:

1. If we see that there are no active Guild Leaders within a guild (anyone with guild rank 0), for a period of two weeks, then we send an e-mail to the missing Guild Leader(s). This e-mail informs them that if they do not log in within the next week, they will forfeit their position, as Guild Leader and someone else will be promoted to fill the position.
2. If no Guild Leader character is logged in for a period of three weeks, then we will automatically demote the old Guild Leader to rank 1 within the guild, and promote a new Guild Leader from within the ranks of the guild. The system will promote the next active (logged in within the last week) highest ranked character within the guild. If there is more than one character of that next highest rank, then the character with the most played time within that rank will be promoted.
3. The old Guild Leader will be sent an e-mail explaining the actions that were taken.
4. The new Guild Leader will be send an e-mail explaining the actions that were taken.
5. Once these changes are made, the new Guild Leader is in command of the guild, and the changes will not be reversed for any reason.

Hope that helps................
