One of my characters is a level 20 Therguist who has put every single point that I have in earth spec's.
At level 20 I was meant to be awarded a paticular skill and it didnt happen.
I carefully checked all my data to confirm that nothing ever went to Ice or Wind but all to earth, yet still no sign of my new magic ability.
Any clues as to why this happened anyone?

With level 20 you should have received 2 updates of your current skills, which are:
Earthen Burst 20, Damage Add, Base Line
Call Potent Earth Elemental 20, Summon Spirit, Spec Line <Abrasion>

I did recieve the earthen burst but the calling of the Potent earth elemental is the one that never arrived.
Any ideas if I send email to tech support at DAOC they could do anything, I cant figure why it never arrived.

Make sure that you have realy put 20 points into the Earth line.
If that is the case the new earth spirit should be the last entry in your abrasion line.
