Well i bought a dream sphere and then went out to get scrolls.
I finaly got all the scrolls needed but when i go to activate it the girl says that i have not completed all that i need to do.
What else do i need to do to activte the thing? Do the quest myself for the arifact?
If that is true then i wasted all that money on the sphere =(

Sadly that is the answer Vanil, you need to have encounter credit to unlock an artifact.
Maybe you can tag along with a group that is working on the encounter, you just need the credit for doing the encounter, not the artifact itself since you already have that.
