Help,a message pop up when i try to log in (whcih fails)Follow

I am playing on the european servers.
I only have chars in Excalibur,no more.
But then,when i try to log in on "No thank you" an message pops up saying "Account already logged in" even though it isnt! I tried to log in on my Pala and wizzie,but it just keeps saying the same "Account already logged in".
I do not know what to do! As far as i know,nobody knows my password.
And when i checked www.camelot-europe.com,they say Excalibur status is Down and prydwen is Up,but i tried to log in to Server Selection screen to choose prydwen and play,but that message pops up.

Please help me with my problem

(PS I do not have any characters in any server but Excalibur)
