umm i need help to see if my account still exists. Because i had 3 accounts. 3 boxes. my bro said he sold 2
there should be 1 more but im not sure if he sold it
because he said he sold that one also. is there a palce where i can try to log in the account and see if someone used it and stuff? so see if it still exists:?

i stopped playin 2 years ago, and came back last week and my characters still exist on the account heh.

1. Know your secret word
2. Know the phone number used when you signed up
or
3. Know the CD key you used
you can get your account
I was advised by Mythic Customer Support that they do not ever erase anyone's account.

Do you remember your log in? If you have the software
you can try to enter that and your password. You will
be given an option to re-open account.
If you have secret word, all the better.
But you can call mythic and tell them the log in name
and ask if it is still in your name. IF you know the
secret word, then you can claim it. Whoever knows the
correct secret word can change password and claim account.
That is a security feature and one reason not to buy account
without *verified* secret word.
Mythic will know what happened to account if you have the log in.
